SMART Technologies will be releasing the new Notebook 10 in about a month. There will be a few things you will need to know:

1) You will have to uninstall any previous versions of Notebook software before installing 10.0.
2) The procedure for downloading the software will change slightly. You will have to have a serial # of any SMART Board in order to download the new software. Once you enter the serial number, you will be sent a code that will allow you to download the software.
