  • I Choose: "Today I Will Fly".

i like this best because i haven't done anything like this ever. i've begun to think more about how my students can solve real world problems using 21st century skills. the technology we have is an outstanding tool for the classroom. i couldn't have successfully done any type of project based learning with out the use of our our laptops, smartboard, ipods, camera's, and airliners.

  • I would compare my experience to "Motherbridge of Love" because this last year or so of the grant, I have realized how much I use technology in the classroom and love it. It is an essential part of our day and provides much needed "spur of the moment" teachable moments. The accessability of information and integration has become effortless with myself and students. There is so much to learn and I "Love" learning new ways to broaden our use of technology.

  • I choose "Today I will Fly"

This book best describes me because my number one phrase after getting off of materninty leave was.."I am ready to fly, are you?" What I meant by this comment was that I had to fly through content and get the kids who are willing to "Fly" with me on board. I also feel flying is like being free. Technology has allowed me to expand on content areas in the classroom. The feeling is wonderful

  • Well, this is hard...Diary of Fly...B/c I really feel that this last semester I have truly let the kids work on there own and I have been the fly on the wall. Some days I was a little more vocal than a fly, but over all they have really taken over when I have given them free reign.
I agree with you that said. Today I Will Fly...b/c i have done the same thing. We have just taken off and gone, I feel, without even looking back. I hope that we can all continue to be as successful and persistent with technology in the future as we have been these last two years.
